AMD のマルチ Core CPU を使用していて、VM起動時に上記のエラーが出た場合、の対処。
*.vmx に
processor0.use = true
processor1.use = false
というように使用するプロセッサを１つに絞れば、TSCの同期が必要ないので、
TSC が同期していないといって怒られない。
vmware-n.log に以下のようなメッセージが出ている。

他にも気になるものとしては、CPUのクロック数をミスカウントしているよう。
